A donor is defined as an individual person or organization wishing to make a monetary contribution to a charitable organization and a donee as a recipient of such donations.

There are many types of donation like hidden donations wherein the donor does not want to be public whereas in some cases the donor wants to be public and need solicitation. Some donations are carried out for getting remissions in taxes, but some are for only cause. Some donations are carried out with huge amount, but some donations are with very less amount. Similarly the donor and donee both can be individuals or organisations / trust.

The Donation card is based on fair donation, where nobody can make fake charity, fake receipt books. The system will work as monitor for all the donee’s that will monitor from fake receipts books to fake working status. The system will also help to the donors for making decision, by donating at which place where the donor will get more rebate on tax. The system will also maintain the donor and donee details along with donee working field and their status. The system will also maintain the details of all the donations made by donor and all the information about donation received by done. System will help the donors as well as donee’s to meet under one roof. The donor will give their contribution in the money and get the certificate/receipt from the service provider or any third party allotted by the service provider. The donor can also request for their contribution to spend in the specific kind (like giving food, clothes, blankets, medicines, etc.) and the donor will get tax rebate benefit for this contribution.
